What Does This Warranty Cover?

Mity-Lite, Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser of its MeshOne folding chair that the MeshOne will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance subject to the time periods, limitations and exclusions listed below.

How Long Does the Coverage Last?

The warranty coverage is for ten years from original date of retail purchase except for the seat and back of the MeshOne which are covered for three years from original date of retail purchase. Proof and date of retail purchase must accompany any warranty claim. This warranty is void if the MeshOne is misused or abused.

What Will Mity-Lite Do?

Mity-Lite, Inc. will, at its option, correct any defect in material or workmanship, replace the MeshOne with a duplicate or reasonably similar model or offer a cash refund. Mity-Lite reserves the right to change the design or specifications of the MeshOne without obligations to modify previously produced units.

How Do You Make a Claim?

To make a claim, return the defective MeshOne with prepaid shipping along with proof and date of retail purchase, a brief description of the defect and your name, address and daytime telephone number to:

Within 30 days of receiving your claim, Mity-Lite will repair or replace the MeshOne and return it to you for the cost of shipping or Mity-Lite will send you a cash refund. You may also call Mity-Lite at 1-800-579-6906 with specific claim questions or email us at customerservice@mitylite.com.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty is in lieu of all other Mity-Lite warranties, oral or written, express or implied.
